1.5 lbs of hamburger
1 – 12 oz bag of thin egg noodles
2 pkg mozzarella cheese
1 pkg cheddar cheese
1 small jar spaghetti sauce
1 small jar pizza sauce
Optional items: onion, mushrooms, green pepper, pepperoni
Cook and brown hamburger with peppers and onions. Drain grease and add both jars of sauce; let simmer. Cook noodles. Layer in crock pot: sauce and meat, noodles and cheese. Repeat until crock pot is full. Make last topping mozzarella cheese. Cook for 2.5 hours on high.
